Registration Form
Fill Up and Submit the Registration form.
Pay the S$50.00 non-refundable admin fee during submission.
Step 3
Be ready for the Entry Test
Upon Registration, You will be called for an Entry Test; this will determine entry into the courses.
Step 4 -
Student Acceptance Letter
After passing the Entry Test You will receive an Acceptance Letter. There after you may Sign the Advisory note and the AMIA-Student Contract.
Step 5 -
Sign Advisory Note
Before You fill up the Registration Form You MUST Read and Sign the Advisory Note.
Step 6 -
Sign AMIA - Student Contract
Before you make the Course Fee Payment as per the student’s payment plan/schedule You MUST Fill Up and Sign the ÁMIA-Student Contract.

Cheque at AMIA Center’s authorized staff.
